Central Locking Problem

Hi everyone, So basically my central locking locks fine from the inside but, Doesn't unlock, I took the door panel of today to have a look and see if I could figure out what was wrong. I've got it to unlock from the inside a few times but, Most of the time it just doesn't want to work, Always has worked from the outside but, today I had to open the passanger door as the driver side wasn't opening from the outside. It's temperamental.

Searched everywhere, and haven't found a solution yet, Here's a video I made of it: EK hatch central locking problem - YouTube

Everything underneath the door card is tightened and sprayed with wd-40, It appears to be some inside the door that's causing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Attached to the lock mechanism in your video, below it. Is a servo type item, this operates that mechanism when you use the key fob, or when you manually open the drivers door with the key, it opens the passenger door using the servo/motor type item.

Mine where stiff and didnt want to lock/unlock the car, you can remove the lock/latch mechanism and remove the motor and refit just the latch etc.

Means the car can be locked using the switch on the door or with the key in the barrel, but makes the fob useless. i then used door lock solenoids (clifford, toad etc use them) that attach to the rod linkage that runs from the lock switch to the lock mechanism in the door. linked them to my aftermarket alarm, and a now i have central locking again etc, but a reliable setup.

Hi, thanks for responding. I don't have a key fob, I don't think my car has remote locking.
My door locks work from the outside, It's just from the inside it locks but doesn't unlock again. I just want it to unlock from the inside.
