Civic dilemma

Alright guys, just wanted to ask for some advice as I'm in a bit of a dilemma.

I was building up a K20 ESi EG, but like all other projects life gets in the way. The car itself has had a full respray so the exterior is stilling perfectly, running 100% but more recently I have found that I am not giving it the attention it deserves, I have a load of parts here sitting for the car but the more as time passes on I am thinking of just selling up and use that money to buy an EP3 of which I have had before.

As they are fun, more modern, parts are easier to get for and would be less hassle free for the future but as I sit here making a list of all the parts I have I am again doubting myself of what way to go down.

What would you guys do?

Hearts not in it..... Sell up. No point pumping more money into it, to end up breaking it down the line.

If your heart aint in it and it aint giving you satisfaction then no point holding onto it. If you can live with how much uve spent and you think its unreplacable then get a ep3 as a second car.
I may be interested in part exchanging my ep3 if it was any interest to you.

I think its because its sat around. Then last year its was my brothers wedding, this year its mine. So I haven't given it my full attention.

Completely standard apart from exhaust and cold air intake
Recently serviced with:
New tyres
New pads
New oem clutch and mtf3
New plugs
New fluids
New mc
Thats all i can think of top of my head.
