The first lot of parts are back, had to leave some there to be redone. The fuel tank has come out like new it probably would have been cheaper for me to get a new one but atleast I still have the OEM parts.

Front filler bar doesn't look too good but it's rust free!
Once coated itl need some minor filling to make it perfect again.

HONDA MOTOR CO.
-Inside the rocker hasn't been sandblasted iv heard horror stories about sand getting trapped in the baffle, had to still get the air blower into the gaps to clear off any sand which could have made it's way in but it seems fine

-Most of the parts have been 2k primed and flattened.
-Some were badly pitted so theyr going to be getting reprimed.
-Callipers have been stripped and the last linkage also removed. (Not shown in pics)
-Aiming for a glass finish eventhough most of these parts won't ever get seen

Some more parts!

-Hardrace trailing arms
-Blueprint droplinks for the front

Still waiting on more part to arrive so I can start building things back up.

Waiting on
-OEM rear hubs
-Brand new ee9 handbrake cables
-Aftermarket fuel tank (old tank had 2/3 pin holes which I didn't want to weld)
-Rear ARB links
-OEM steering rack bush/sleeve

Cleaned all the bolts, gave them a quick coat of zinc/oil based hammer paint so water won't shouldn't realy touch them

Hi mate what type of underseal did you use on this project? I'm looking to protect my Civic for the first time and it appears you are very experienced in this line of work. I've owned my current Civic for nearly 4 years so it's needing a new coating. I've been recommended this product Dinitrol 4941 https://www.tiltrak.com/product/dinitrol-4941-car-underbody-underseal/ by the guy who normally repairs my car. Is it the best underseal brand or are others better?

Hi iv removed the underseal which was already on the car but left on the factory seamsealer. Iv painted it with a stoneguard for extra coating and sealed up the endges with PU seamsealer. I'm not using underseal I'm keeping it gloss white and the undercarriage will be the same when I get around to it :))
