Those are some rusty crusty calipers!
They sure are mate I think theyv been sat in the garden for a while. I'm going to strip them on the weekend and get them sent off to be sandblasters. Once rebuilt and painted theyl be like new again!

The first lot of parts are back, had to leave some there to be redone. The fuel tank has come out like new it probably would have been cheaper for me to get a new one but atleast I still have the OEM parts.

-Inside the rocker hasn't been sandblasted iv heard horror stories about sand getting trapped in the baffle, had to still get the air blower into the gaps to clear off any sand which could have made it's way in but it seems fine

Hi mate what type of underseal did you use on this project? I'm looking to protect my Civic for the first time and it appears you are very experienced in this line of work. I've owned my current Civic for nearly 4 years so it's needing a new coating. I've been recommended this product Dinitrol 4941 https://www.tiltrak.com/product/dinitrol-4941-car-underbody-underseal/ by the guy who normally repairs my car. Is it the best underseal brand or are others better?

Hi iv removed the underseal which was already on the car but left on the factory seamsealer. Iv painted it with a stoneguard for extra coating and sealed up the endges with PU seamsealer. I'm not using underseal I'm keeping it gloss white and the undercarriage will be the same when I get around to it :))

The steering rack is painted and all new parts are here
Just needs to be built up now
