Anyone got any advice on these, need to order them today and i don't wanna end up gettin 1 if the other 1 is a better option..

I wouldnt buy either, I had an Exedy Stage 1 and after around 5k miles one of the torque springs broke out the casing as far as i'm concerned the F1 clutch is an even cheaper option.

I'd just buy Honda OEM clutch, Some will tell you Exedy / Daikin made the OEM clutches for Honda but apparently was Fuji Carbon who made the ITR ones. (not 100% on this).

I will say I prefered the feel of the exedy over OEM as it bites harder but i'd rather have reliability any day.

Contact Hendy performance there prices are very reasonable on a oem clutch kits. As said cheap
Clutches are cheap for a reason. It's worth spending a extra 40-50 for piece of mind.

Or buy a competition clutch, had my stage one fitted for over a year now and its been fantastic.

Yea i have heard bad things about EXEDY and F1 clutches. I was advised to buy a Competition Clutch by a few people and i was very happy with it. I bought the stage 2, and its still going strong after a year and i have given it some death haha. I beleive that their stage 1 clutch is maybe £20 or £30 than the ones your thinking of. But hey its up to you mate.

Exedy DO make Honda Clutches, however Honda oem do have slight differences compared to Exedy OEM

Competition Clutch all the way we use them in all the cup cars and they work great, think of top of my head there only about £180 too for the 6 puck

Iv just picked up this bad ass for my H swap track car

No one is disputing that, but there are some Honda OEM clutches that were made by Fuji Carbon, you better look into your stuff before FACTS are thrown around.

Funny how Exedy dont mind making clutches that dont survive with their own brand name but for some reason they can manufacture OEM Honda clutches seem to last just fine.
