What is everyone doing for Clutches?

Oem ones from Honda are discontinued so looking for another option if someone has one!

Cheers

OEM ones are available if you buy the bits separately, you can’t buy it as a kit anymore though

B16b clutch disc - 22200-P2T-025 or 22200-P2T-035
B18c clutch disc - 22200-P73-R01 or 22200-P73-015 or 22200-P5M-505

B16b/B18c pressure plate - 22300-P73-015 or 22300-P73-025

Any combination of these will work together, they are all interchangeable
I mention the B18c disc as folk used to say that it was a slightly harder wearing part due to being for the 1.8 litre engine but to be honest I think they are all the same
Even B16a2 or B18c4 standard clutch equipment will fit, these may be easier to source being UK spec engines

whatever clutch you go with, make sure to use a genuine Honda release bearing
Every other brand I’ve tried over the years has become noisy within a few thousand miles
B16b/B18c release bearing - 22810-P21-003

I love Compeition Clutch brand a lot. I used to have Fidanza ~7.5 flywheel with a Yonaka sprung 6-puck Stage 3 clutch, and it was okay but not perfect. I switched to a Competition Clutch ~8.5 flywheel with a Competition Clutch sprung 6-puck Stage 3 clutch and it works amazingly well for me. I love it! Car is built for race/track and driven on the street once every 2-3 weeks.

Dan is spot on here,
also can buy the FCC clutch kit from Jap Service Parts.
FCC Japan, are the OEM supplier for Honda, i bought one of these last year and even has HONDA printed on the friction disc.
saves a huge amount over buying from Honda.
