I doubt that you will see LHD EK9 in malaysia coz malaysia's vehicles are all RHD like Japan, or maybe for some exceptional case if you did see one.

EK9 are all launched in Japan when it first came out so all genuine EK9 is RHD. The rest of it are all converted or ek9 wanabe if you find them in LHD.
 
Just had a question, is it true in europe theres a LHD dash that comes in black? Im not sure what chassis it is.

ouww i just already know that the colour of rear seat is black..hmm..
i think the colour was also red same as front seat..:nice:

True, I own a LHD Ek9 here in Perú and there are one 3 more here and a couple DC5's (besides the ones specifically destinated for the competition), it sucks, the whole world should drive on the right side and get those lovely JDM cars :nice:

just want to ask if what year model of ek9 comes with that kind of climate control panel just like in the pics that RVM posted. TIA

You should get a black color one, the red one doesn't look that good :nono:
 
nice thread! By looking at the pictures i realised that the ek9's seats are placed in a taller position than stock of any other civic. Am i right? Does this create any problems with head clearance for the tall boys?hehe
 
nice info guys. Im converting my ek2 to spoon ek9. I currently have b18 engine installed :)
 
if anyones interested im sellin oem rear seats, door cards, carpet
