D16y7 mini me D16y8 HEAD swap?

Can you preform this swap on the D16y7 just with these components?

1. D16Y8 head
2. D16Y8 head gasket
3. New head bolts
4. Engine oil + filter
5. Coolant
6. P2P ECU
7. VTEC wiring (A8 + C15 + ground)
8. D16Y8 throttle body + 2‑wire IACV
9. Spade connectors for IACV wiring
10. Valve cover gasket

If not can someone please tell me what else I need?
