Item for sale: DC2 Dual bend OEM Short Shifter, complete with Rods and OEM titanium Type-R Gearknob

Reputation: http://www.ek9.org/forum/reputation-center/21049-spek9.html

Price: £80 collected or add £12 for UK delivery

Paypal: yes buyer can send as a personal payment or cover the paypal fees

Location: Down, N.Ireland

Condition: Great used condition and comes complete with Energy uprated bushings

Description:

This will fit B16/B18 EK, EG civics and Integras. This Dual bend shifter and Rods has a much shorter throw that the EK4 shifter for example without being too short like some of the aftermarket shifters which can lead to gearbox damage as the syncros dont get enough time to engage between shifts

Someone mentioned before that the ITR shifter is slightly shorter throw than the EK9 but I can't confirm this

This Shifter comes complete with the OEM solid Titanium gear knob for a perfectly weighted shift (these are over £268 from Honda, and a set of energy shifter bushes

You have to use the ITR rods with the dual bend short shifter

I will get you a delivery quote for shifter and Rods without the gear knob

Try parcel2go.com, although the length of it will no doubt be a problem. Without wanting to be mean I'd advise you to ask any potential buyers from outside the UK to arrange a collection from their end. I've wasted far too much time chasing around for quotes just to be told postage is too expensive. If they really want it they'll look into it, if not then at least they are not wasting your time.

To be honest I have found the same mate, every time someone over seas ask's for a quote its always too expensive for them. It must be different for big companies who have contracts with shipping companies but I can never seem to get a good quote for sending slightly larger items with insurance and delivery confirmation abroad

In my work we ship with Interlink and up to 31.5kg and certain dimsensions whi h are quite large its like £25 tracked to most companys in Europe, dont know if thats just because its through a company but.

Thanks for the info, it may be because its through the company as you say but I can look into using interlink in the future

The problem also is that I'm in N.Ireland and most of the UK companies giving good shipping rates only collect / ship out of the mainland UK

Gear knob now SOLD

Dual bend shifter and shifter rods still available!

Ok no problem I will look up the postage price for the rods and shifter to Denmark and let you know

Are you able to arrange delivery from your end at a decent price? I can't seem to find and good services with the length and weight of the parcel

I'm in Northern Ireland
