I cant wait to pop the TL on, hear a little bit more exhaust note and a nice rasp when vtec kicks in.....thats what I've read on here while reseaching......fast forward to Spring! :busy:

Nice to see another fresh import. I'm sure if you keep all the oe bits this will only go up in value over time!

Cracking looking car mate. I'm choking on getting mine. Torque hopefully have it ready for mid jan

Thanks Sssooooo pleased with it.....:))
I was the same and its totally worth the wait.....good luck and enjoy!

Im nipping down to TGT next Tuesdays....I'll scope her out! :nice:

Will do. They are having to put 4 new tyres on it. Even got input on what ones which i thought is a good touch.

Having the windscreen re-seated tomorrow morning......tiny leak where the windscreen sealant has come away from the roof gutters....quite common apparently...
Taking it to the workshop rather than on the drive job as I want them to preserve the original screen with the JDM stickers on the inside....

Full clean and power wash underneath when I get home....

Ok small update....
Windscreen out to re-seal and investigate tiny ingress of water.
Windscreen came out and went back in no problems...needed some new scuttle panel clips so got on to the stealership.....

on close inspection, roof getter sealant also compromised, so got hold of some polyurathane sealant and re-sealed the gutters :nice:

Nice work mate. Just noticed where are your roof rubbers, have you taken them off or car didnt come with any?

Lovely car mate, picked mine up last week. They're awesome aren't they

looking good, the twin loop is one of the quietest aftermarket exhausts out there, nicer sounding than the oem but not a lot louder until you are in vtec revs.

I took them off to do the sealant in the gutters, now back on and looking good ;)

Thanks for all the positive comments!

Thanks mate, yes that is exactly what I'm after.....subtle with a bit more 'note' when the hammer is down :))

I also did a engine bay re-fresh yesterday.....looking quite good I thought...:)....got in and around the bonnet hinges, back of engine bay, brackets, manifold cover, lightly polished the lettering on the rocker, plastic covers/caps, under bonnet also back edge that sits over the scuttle...etc etc

Have had the SRS light come on over Christmas....one day ok, the next day not...haven't changed anything or moved anything so not sure what's caused it?
I've had a look on here in 'search' and got some info (some old threads have pictures deleted) :(.......so if anyone has any pointers, any info much appreciated. Thanks folks

@Leej8 tried it....got red light on and then off.... twice, then two flashes, then off for a few seconds, then back on solid and stayed on :(....so effectively a 1 1 2 1 code...
Any ideas?

Now if it is broke you can put a resistor in the yellow wire that tricks the srs system into thinking that all is good
I have that done as iv aftermarket steering,
And passenger air bag works .

Ok will do....a mate also said this was the most likely fault area....i do have to put the car into full lock every time if put it on the drive or she'll scrape....that might have not helped...
Cheers :nice:

I'd rather replace and get it working i reckon....
Yep horn is working...
