Here is this setup with the Skunk stage 3 tuner cams (247whp/168wtq)

I am using Skunk Pro3 cams now and will update when I get a few bugs sorted out :p

The 'how to' of N/A tuning, great work Teamdiesel, more videos required :nice:

wow, great figures! bet your happy with those :)

what do you use the car for - daily, street or track only?

does it handle the power ok?

Nice stuff mate, i needed to see a comparison thread like this for the skunk cams, spot on.

The car is a daily driver although I use my CRV most of the time. It will be used mostly for drag racing as that is the big sport here in the caribbean.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd gears are useless on street tires :drive:

I am learning new stuff everyday in regards to tuning my hondata S300. Each time I hit the dyno, the car makes more and more power, and I put to test new things I learn from some of the best tuners around.

pretty good numbers..
are you using race gas, pump gas..? i dont think e85 cause you need bigger injectors

I assume your talking about last AFR graph where at @4000rpm its up at 18:1... I imagine its just for some reason the trace didnt start till after that point perhaps breakdown of the lambda probe not sure but i can't imagine it was actually that lean as the car would really struggle to even run at that kind of AFR.

Nice results but aren't you running a bit lean?

The graphs show the progress of my tuning abilities. As you can see, with each graph the a/f gets more straight and within the right zone (12.8-13.0:1). The last graph has a near perfect a/f ratio but it is not shown.

Quick update! The car was put back on the dyno with the only change being the header, and these are the before and after results.
This dyno is with Skunk Pro3 cams with hytech small tube header vs big tube header

The peak power is almost the same as with the Skunk2 tuner 3 cams, but the overall powerband with the Pro3 cams is "fatter" with a few more peak hp.

Here is the Skunk2 tuner 3 vs Skunk2 Pro3 dyno comparison. The run #80 is the Tuner3 cams and the run #13 is the Pro3 cams.
