Ecu fried transistor

Hello, I just finished swapping in my b18c4 ukdm engine into my ej9 obd2b and when I turned the key for the starter a white burnt plastic smelling smoke came from near the starter (didnt identify the location still). Btw it fried a transistor on my ecu. Do you guys know whats this transistor for? Thanks in advance
