EG sir oem foglight and Horn wiring

anyone on here good with electrics and can shine some light on this .


After rebuilding the eg9, i cant get the horn to work .

i have located the 2 wires , the white/green is constant power , and the blue/red one becomes ground when i touch the single wire at the steering wheel to the hub (i.e the horn switch)


however when i connect the both wires to the horn , it makes the wire at the steering wheel live ??

anyone any idea ?

sorted the foglight wiring , cant figure out this horn wiring issue though, anyone any idea ?
