ek9 B20 1/4 mile


Was fun but wouldn't go out my way milage wise to do it again.
But if i get the chance it would be interesting to see what would happen with the cars new spec..
 
Looks gud does that. I got an ek9 with b20z1 conv. 1st gear is useless lol
 
Bro's...With 230KM I did on the street tires (Federals RSR, which are muuuuch worse then R888) on the airport without any glue 13,60. First gear is spinning but with advanced user car was making very low 5sec's to 60. On this movie I don't hear any traction problems. 350hp Kseries civics go low 10's from 1st gear too, so please don't tell me, that B20 with 230hp engine have a traction issues :D Ofcourse - you can't jump from the redline and goes full throttle at 1st gear, but that doesn't mean, that you have so much powerful setup and have to launch from 2nd :)
 
Always a bit disappointed by Honda 1/4 times, but I guess im used to forced induction rwd. Really 14s is a fast car!
