A friend of mine is using putting a b18 into a civic and needs it running asap. He has a ek9 ecu and is planning on running the b18 on it with a fields fuel controller.
How do the original Honda ek9 maps compare to the dc2 ones. I'm talking about the maps on the oem ecu's
Is there a risk of damaging the engine running it on an ek9 ecu? Will the fuel controller make it any safer?
I know this set up isn't ideal btw but I'm just asking the question.
