i found this info elsewhere, it may help give you more choices:

"The following wheels will fit on a 96-00 Civic:

S2000 (AP1)
S2000 (AP2)
Insight
RSX
RSX Type-S
Civic Si (EP3)
Civic Type R (EP3)
Integra Type R (DC5)
Honda Integra (DC5)

The Following Will Have Working Airbags:
Civic Type R (EP3)
S2000 (AP1)

Not sure about any of the other JDM wheels, don't recall if they have single or dual deployment."
