well people the day has finally come. bet the day drags and drags then get to the meet and it will fly past lol
 
yep today is the day i get the car clean and hopefully change the gearbox oil :)

well good its really sunny:D
 
internet workin again thank god . me and 3 other cars will be there . see yous there .
 
Well the meet went well, no casualties and no one got stuck goin up or down the ramp in the carpark... although John had a bit of a close call haha. Cheers to everyone that turned up, was a good turn out and the weather wasn`t as bad as last time:D a load of pics will be going up today at some point and there are some bloody crackers !!:shocked: hope everone got up the road all right and roll on the next one lol:p

Yeah the meet was really good !!! Nice meeting a few members !!! Rainy's car was immaculate !!! Alot of very nice Ek9s and that stripped out Teg was the muts nuts, defo my cup of tea !!!!

was a good night , have to thank the guy with the astra think he was with rainys boyfriend but didnt catch his name for giving me a jump start when my battery died :thanks::p
 
good meet las nite . cant say theres much left of the underneath of my car llf . think i mite put it up a wee bit lol . anyway great turn out and hope to see the pics soon gav .

will get another one organised for about march time as my car is away off the road for winter at end of sept as i hope most of u guys are keep them immaculate .
 
was a really good meet im glad my car made an impression :D and chris will be chuffed his teg was liked hes been slated on a few forums for the green wheels

the guy with the astras names uge (gregor) hes always happy to help thats why he bought a diesel lol
 
hey J700OCK, ive got a video of your car just before you left when you had a little blast it sounds awesome will post it up later.

Anyone know what type of exhaust the civic with the red wheels had ? forgot to ask :((
 
Yeah its a Full Mongoose System And A Dc Sports Manifold.. It sounds mad huh, may be due to the difference in compression etc as its a b16a2 Vti..

Its my mate Kevs, not sure if he is on this forum.. Will get him joined tho !!!

ye was a good meet. like said good to meet people in person. good turn out hope to see you guys at other meets lots of nice cars i luv'd the green wheels on the teg. my car is also off the road for the winter now so we will all need to have a big meet again in march maybe a thrash day at crail. my car will be there so will haribo's and a nice jordan so it will add a bit of colour to the pics as mine is clover green and the jordan being bright yellow lol.

im right up for another meet at crail a thrash sounds good i will have the mfactory gear set fitted first week of sept so wantin to test them out on the 1/4 mile too , there was a few people i didnt get round to meeting which i would have liked to and would like to see ur car too lumek4:)

it most likely is to do with compression cause u herd the difference when i put the ek9 cams into my car exhaust note become much deeper rather than the normal rasp.

come on i want to see this video it must have been fair loud in that car park lol

sorry jack i wish my car was there. but u will see it at the next one after the winter. ye i nwant to try out my cams n stuff 2. have you got a time on the 1/4 before you fit the gear set. it would be good to see how much u gain by them. so are u fitting the final drive aswell bud :nice:

Yea was too bad didnt get to see your car is it off the road mate ?

i havent been to the 1/4 mile yet unfortunatley:(( im getting the gears fitted soon so will see what difference it makes compared to similar cars. I didnt get the final drive yet going to sort out the exhaust side of things first.

Would be good to see how the cams perform, sure they will be good :nice:
