Ek9 stock throttle body

I might have a b18c 70mm one laying around the garage somewhere if that will do?

Yup EK9 runs the same 60mm TB as an EK4. Any bigger will only disrupt balance and sap power.
My car also came with a Skunk2 intake manifold. Would the fitment of a stock throttle body be ok now?

yes stock throttle body is fine in fact unless the IM is port matched to bigger TB there's no point in bigger TB

B16b(ctr) 62mm
b16a2(si) 60mm

is what I've found

Then you must have found a B16b with a b18c TB on. The ek9 b16b has the same 60mm tb as on a b16A.

Skunk2 intake is generally just a copy of the stock type R intake. With few tweaks here and there. The stock 60mm tb will be best.

Thanks for confirming that

Had a friend come down with a ek4 today. Had a look at his throttle body and the fitment will be the same but my skunk2 one has a map sensor screwed on the top, i had a look at a stock ek9 engine bay and that also has a stock map sensor attached on top. Looks like i will need a throttle body originally from a ek9

Weird I just bought an EK4 and the MAP sensor is in the top of the TB.

Some B16A2 had the MAP sensor separate to the TB with a pipe onto manifold, some have them mounted on top. Either way its only a single pipe intake vacuum you can mount either way.
