Failed emissions test with a cat fitted. Can anyone help explain what exactly these results show?

Car is turbo'd btw. Could it be anything to do with the overfueling on the map? Could the cat be ******? It passed the MOT before it was running boost with the same cat.

Here's the pic, if its hard to read let me know and ill write it all out.

I cant get a very good seal on the cat, as it has the flange to take a donut gasket, but then my downpipe is flat, so sealing it is difficult. If leaks are the problem i could get different flanges attatched to the cat to make sure its sealed.

Im doing same shortly for my test
best to get the donut flange cut off and weld on flat type to suit the downpipe .
Once your sort that you lamba should come back to within spec.

im an MOT tester and from your lambda reading it indicates its running lean, this doesn't mean that the engine is running lean because from your cylinder head to the tip of the exhaust you could have a slight leak where its sucking in air (youd think it will blow air out from the leak) and contaminating the reading by the probe analyser hence lean condition...
