Without using this ring it's quite dangerous to install after-market wheel nuts on OEM wheels.

I have an 99 civic si with itr 5 lug conversion and itr wheels to. i have my rays lug nuts i would love to rock them but as far as i know its not secure to do that. will these washers help out or not?
