That's a lot of money,

Open it up and inspect it first to see what you actually need
 
Havent long replaced mine out with this set. Best thing i ever did. Feels like a brand new box! As said tho, open it up just before ordering as mine needed 3/4th hub also.
 
If you ask them they would prob include the locking nut for you.

You should have everything you need in that kit especially with the mileage on your box, it includes sliders which is good...the sliders usually wear along with the syncros and the centre hubs can be fine.

Honda sell the syncros in pairs with the hub and slider to suit but its a fortune from them compared to syncrotech

You shouldn't need to change thrust washers imo. I used that same rebuild kit when building my old EK9 box. My Vti is still on the original syncros, hubs, bearings etc with 100k...all with plenty of life left when I last inspected so it mustn't have had a hard life until I turned it into a track car

That's not bad money for what you get, I paid near £300 to put all new bearings in my s80.
