Im 24 in 2 days, 6 years NCB but have 2 bans. I guess they only really like to insure people that have not been banned. EVEN if you have not made a fault claim in over 6 years.

you been banned twice and hve 6yr ncb. Your 24. Do you get to keep ncb even if you have been banned. Did you have to retake your tesst and get a clean licence
