this is my h22 eg as how i bought it

it needed a few things doing , clutch ,fly ,starter , general tidying up etc , i started by spraying the bumper

its was only a cheap spray to freshen it up , im planing on having it done professionally when i get it back
anyway i got some itr brakes for it (need rear calipers if anyone has any ?)

i then decided to get some spare itr wheels and refurb them as i needed some wheels with tyres at the time

then i bought some sand paper , and spray and continued to this result

then i went to see my motor at ituned , where its having a lot of work done atm heres some pics
engine having wire tuck , port and polish to the intake , and a bay shave and bay spray

all im waiting on now is the poly bushes for the brakes etc and some rear calipers then it will be rolling again then the engine will be put back in along with the interior , comments welcome good and bad
i have a lot more planned for this ill write up a full spec tomo as my fingers hurt lol
 
WOW amazing project mate, so much work and what a transformation so far! :) well done! what kind of power you looking at? that eg will GO!!!! :)
 
cheers mate ermm for now im hoping to at least get 200 out of her , thers a lot more bits ive got but i havent pictured them :( theres a lot more ive got planned when i get it back :) , in due course it will be going either high comp with itbs or boosted im just wiehging up the cost and power gains etc

no worries man! :) I thought 200 would have been easily achievable with the 2.2 lump? I say go boost!!!:win:

yea 200 nothing to get , but my first priority was to get it oem fresh :) then im going to start on the engine prioperly , boost is very appealing atm as i can reach 350 with ease on a stock block , and ricky@racetech whos building my cousins 500bhp b18 turbo jordan is offering very good turbo deals :)

thanks mate i apreciate the good comments , it makes it all worth it in the end :) i spent most of my younger years trying to modify saxos,corsas etc to no avail untill i got hooked on honda then i decided to do it all right the first time :)
 
Watched this on civiclife and it's had alot of work done, good man! One question though why did you spray the carbon boot matt black?

i didnt mate i sold up all of the carbon as it was just ebay carbon , i plan to buy some more when its back , the boot was just a get me by for now job , thanks for the comments though mate :)

little update , just purchased some rear ek9 calipers and carriers from ek9beast off here so all i need now is harnesses :) my car should be rolling by this friday hopefully if the bushes turn up in time :)

i no thats the thing as im not sure i want to drive it now after how clean it is underneath lol , i may just garage it for the occasionall meet /show and build a 18d eg for daily fun :) , but im not rich lol
