Headlight adjustment

My headlights are shining up way to high so I want to lower them..How do I lower the beam?? I know there is 2 knobs but which one does adjust the hieght??
 
Thanks mate.. I always woundered how you use the screw driver..I have them lowered a bit now..Didnt do all the measuring as its christmas eve and is ****ing cold..Will set them up proper some day soon.. Just wanted to lower them so wont be blinding others..Thanks mate and have a happy christmas :D:D
