heater not working

the heater/blower is not working. well the 2,3 and 4 works but the 1 doesnt work.
i have no idea whats wrong or what could possibly be the problem. any infor going about fixing it would be great help...

its the blower motor resistor. The switch redirects current through different circuits in the resistor each with varying impedence. This is how the fan speed varies. It's should be located on the blower fan housing. Replace it with a new one.

haha lol i had this issue almost a year changed the panel filter and cleaned the rotor lately so i thought that i could fix that too since winder is coming.
