Help: EK SiR or EK9 headlights?

The sun is out. Here are more pictures in different perspective. Thank you for everyone's help. Please continue to help me. Here is a bit of information. The seller and I messaged and talked over phone for about an hour last night when I opened packaged and I explained everything to him. He also called me and left me messages the day he shipped it out because I was worried if they weren't real Civic Type R or not and he repeated many times that they are real Civic Type R and he doesn't sell fake ones. He told me many times that both of the headlights he gave me are from the SAME car which is so hard for me to believe right now. He said when they remove their headlights from cars, they make sure they pack it together so they don't get mixed up with other cars. Here are the pictures, where is the part number that nfspeedy was talking about? Both headlights have the same numbers so let me know. The only difference I can see besides the slight difference in housing color is the code stamped on the front lens where the RIGHT lens says "HCR-96" on the bottom and the LEFT doesn't have that at all. I don't know if this is normal or not. Please help. Thank you:

96-98 EK4 SiR Headlights are always from Valeo.
Are you able to read a part number?
EK9 Headlights have the part number 33101-S04-305 right and
33151-S04-305 left

I don't think ALL SiR are from Valeo. What about the JDM SiR headlights? Those from Stanley, I think.

LOL. I don't know exactly what you're trying to say. Is the housing on the left side a little faded so it's lighter from wearing out or something?

I think I can end this debate once and for all if I look at the part number. Where can I find it on the headlight? I don't see it anywhere.

imo from looking at the pictures you've posted the right one looks correct but the left one definitely doesnt, its visibly different to the right.

Exactly which car do you think the Left headlight came from?

I meant JDM SiR EK4. Sorry for confusing. I thaught we are talking about oem Honda RHD Headlights without headlamp beam hight control.
I also ordered used EK9 headlights yesterday. I will compare them with yours when I receive them. Maybe I can tell you about a detail you can look up on yours.

Sir headlights did come in a bronze colour these were made by valeo just to confuse things further. Not all jdm cars had Stanley lamps.

The seller just contacted me again and told me he had two more sets of headlights. One set is a real Valeo SiR bronze tinted headlights. The other set is exactly the same as mine (right side is darker than the left side) which are real Civic Type R headlights. I have a feeling that Honda made TWO types of EK9 headlights (DARK gunmetal chrome and LIGHT gunmetal chrome). Look at this link below. Another seller is selling real EK9 headlights but if you look at his pictures, it looks like both of the headlights he is selling looks like the LIGHTER gunmetal chrome (the same one I have on my left side). With all the hints of it being real, I think that must be the explanation. Perhaps the lighter housing for Europe and the darker housing for Asia?

Ive had the exact same headlights and tailights on both my jap ek3's and my ek4 sir and they look the exact same as ek9 lights to me

Got mine today and it looks like you got 1 EK9 and 1 what ever (EK4 doent makes sense because they come from Valeo)

nfspeedy: I don't think that's true. Not ALL SiR EK4's have Valeo headlights. A portion of them from Europe have the Valeo Bronze tinted chrome housing and another portion of SiR in Asia had Stanley.
