Are there any good trackday venues that cater for just honda?

Hondas on Track do track days for Hondas...as the name suggests.

They're fairly choosy about who gets on on certain days though, need proof you've done track days before etc

So you need experience, which I lack.
I just thought it would be fun to see how my car held up against other hondas.
I guess im going to have to get to my local track and get some hours in.

Has anyone on here had any experience of blyton park or elvington?

That's abit sh*t. Do they want to attract new people or just have there own clique?

There's certain days where the Hondas can only get on with the advanced lotus group so they don't want beginners on understandbly. As I said it's only certain days depending on the track.
I don't think it's really a bad thing as people know what they're doing on track.

Msv do novice days that are cheap enough which I'd highly recommend :)

HOT or Hondas On Track 100% welcome beginners and those with less experience for the majority of their events, it is a very friendly Honda club, you will find lots of other drivers who will help you on and off track, if you sign up to the forum you will find lots of helpful information there to get you started, ask more questions here or drop me a pm :nice:

However for one or two days during the year we run open pit lane events with LOT or Lotus On Track, for these events you will need some experience, some of the best days we do, as with all our events very well organised & a great club atmosphere.

Blyton isnt bad to start out on... Elvington is just airfield track with cones, I dont think you gain anything from doing airfield tracks myself..

Are these your local tracks? If so I would recomend Cadwell Park altho maybe not for your first time out. :)

Yeah these are my local tracks and I thought it would also keep costs down to a minimum.
I dont fancy elvington too much because its not a proper track.
blyton looks like a nice easy shape of track to learn also quite forgiving. So I dont ruin my ek9.
I just wanna get out there and have a go.

Yes plenty of run off and its all flat at Blyton so ideal to get started...
