Hi guys. I went away to Thailand for 3 months and got back 3 weeks ago, since then i have had a change of heart about my car and motoring in general. So i think its time to sell up. I have already stripped the recaros, ek9 mats, ek9 carpet, dc2 arb and asr brace out and sold those, so now the interior is sandard VTi seats, ek9 steering wheel, Black carpet, EK9 door material and dc2 rear seat material over the ek foam.

I will try to remember most things to give you guys a rough idea about the car

Honda Civic EK3 (B16A EG6 SiR engine swap) Car has done 115k. Engine has done 88k, Engine swap done by Yasir at Garage768 back in November/December 08. Was told the cambelt had been changed at around 70k and been serviced often but no papers to prove this as they where all in Japanese. I change oil and filters and plugs every 5-7k so its always pretty fresh. I have had the car over 3 years and done most work myself.

Had it Dyno'd at Powerstation and made 168bhp at the engine so its still a strong lil girl

Right now some mods

Interior -
OEM EK9 SRS steering wheel
OEM EK9 gear gaitor
OEM EK9 door card material
EK9 replica gear knob
OEM VTi dials with carbon surround
OEM VTi seats
OEM DC2 rear seat covers on EK3 sponge
Stripped boot

Suspension/brakes -

Tenzo R front upper strut brace
Blox rear lower control arms - red

Mugen 4-1 Manifold (slight dent at bottom)

Think that is most of the stuff to be honest but im sure i have missed some.

I have recently stripped out the dc5 recaros, ek9 carpet, ek9 mats, rear arb+asr brace and the rear upper dc sports strut brace.

These are the issues wrong with the car as it stands....all minor things with no major cost issues!
1 There is a slight knocking from the rear left of the car, this is due to a couple of worn bushes i have been told.
2 The boot has a leak and i have been told this is due to the seal.
3 The bonnet is a slight bit of a brighter white than the bumpers and wings
4 The passenger side seat rail has a problem, it is fixed into place but is still loose on 1 corner and bounces a bit
5 No Tax
6 Needs a fresh battery as i was away for 3 months
7 Slight rust starting to appear on the rear arches
8 Needs a proper rear wiper delete bung or something
9 All the normal little dents for a 12 year old car. 2 line looking dents on the passenger side but not to noticeable

I think i have been as honest and open as i can about this car. Its a good car and i miss driving it already. It has 8 months MOT left and the engine still runs smooth. I dont want to sell it but needs must and time to move on.

Let me know what you think its worth now

mmmm thats a hard one mate as it has some good mods, etc but in the end mods dont bump price up unfortunately! So seein the condition and having no tax then I would say no more than £3k but thats just my opinion! GLWS as it looks good and like said the engine is sound!! :)

Really nice car mate :nice: Obviously spent a lot of time and money on it. I think you would be looking to get around the £2500 mark for it. You would of spent a lot more than that on it so thats always the bad news when coming to sell this type of car. Why you selling it? Best of luck with the sale and i hope you get more than £2500 for it :))

Thanks buddy, im selling it because ive had a change of heart, i went to thailand for 3 months fighting and training out there and when i got back i just realised that i had changed my views on the car and wanted to start something new....also i want my bike license :)

I have put it up for £2200 now as i want a quick sale with it

That is a lot of car for £2200 so i'm sure somebody will take it off your hands at that price. Best of luck with the new car/bike.

Thanks mate i appreciate the kind words. You could always bump up my sale thread if you get bored :p

Well i think it is but it has not sold yet bud. I think its worth more around £2500 but hey. Im thinking of taking the Mugen Twinloop off and selling it with an ek9 exhaust insted
