Importing '98 EK9.

Hello! ive been on here for a few years now, and i finally am able to import my dream car.
ive been into the honda "scene" since 2006 and now im at a point where i can import my dream ek9. i love the 97-98 fronts and im happy i found a non white one in great shape.

i had a 1996 honda civic DX that i bought out of a scrap yard and built it into a nice piece. i recently sold it and now am able to get the ball rolling on the EK9.

ill have lots of questions, so please bear with me.

The black 9 looks brilliant also, love them in black. So subtle and under-rated IMO

Yes. It was a DX. Black wasn’t my first choice but I found out they’re pretty rare and im very excited.

i was looking at photos, anybody know what this is in the glovebox? not the book, the thing on the right

i also noticed theres an aftermarket alarm system and a dash cam. i really hope there isnt a ton of wiring hacked up behind the scenes.

is the EK9 wing baseplate supposed to be painted body color? or is it supposed to be a trim / flat black color?

Its supposed to be like a textured matt black kind of colour.

Should not match the wing colour
