does anyone report the parts, i have a ek4 (alloys, exhaust, carbon fibre bonnet, ek9 spoiler, recaros.ek9 rear seats, HID) I mean some people told me dont have to report and some said yes. Should i do that and how much it costs for those extra bit (roughly)..?

thanks

Mate declare everything, Some insurance companys will do anything to get out of paying for example HID make no difference to the performance but in there eyes you have lied about the state of your car.

The companys will tell you if they affect the price or not.

It realy depends on who you go with, Direct Line for Ex wont touch you with mods but adrian flux who are more mod freindly will accept mods and not charge the earth.

But like i said tell them everything and if you dont make sure you put the parts back to standard after an accident I.E CD plater, HID's etc.

Bigger things like wheels etc should never be lied about IMO not worth getting shafted when you need money from the insurance.

Don't even risk that, just inform your insurance company. If you can't afford to pay the insurance premium then don't mod your car.
