Anyone got a step by step or some pics of theres so i can view what is required?

Just order my Rad so it will be ready to go in... :nerv:

I done this to a EK civic a few months back, ill try located a few photo's. but basically you need to remove the two rad brackets from there current location and remove any AC rad brackets then messure distance between mounting point on bottom of ITR rad and then mark center point of your lower radiator support panel on car and measure half the distance between mounting points on rad from center point on support panel, this is where you will need to weld your brackets back on. You will need to custom fab a top support bracket which is handy enough to do... Hope that make sense

Remove all brackets
Clean up the front panel and brackets to bare metal
Mock up where you want them to get the radiator centred
Get your mate to tig them :p

After a blast of zinc primer left with this

Then make up some custom brackets yourself out of strip aluminium, you want to tilt the radiator back off the slam panel so it's sitting vertical. I got the aluminium at B&Q, just bent it in a vice, after making up one I just copied it and made another, holes in the same relative position on each side to mount them

Use some small stainless nuts and bolts to keep it tidy and the end result is as so

Now enjoy hugely improved cooling :)

i need my bottom radiator mounts welded as they have been riveted and are really sagging with the extra weight of the itr radiator

Exactly what I did ^^ EKs with Integra rads look so badass, even the standard Teggy rad.
