Anyone dealt with them recently? Have bought stuff off them in the past and been spot on.

I have been trying to contact them for about 4 months now and nothing, sent 3 emails, tried phoning but goes straight to answer machine. Im not waiting on parts or anything just trying to find out when they are getting stuff back in stock. Getting quite annoyed now and its a pretty shocking way to run a business.
 
Never dealt with them but by the sound of it I'd be taking my business elsewhere. That's no way to run a business.
 
Nice, just bought oil pump off these guys.

They're usually really good man. I've bought stuff from them loads. Weird that they're not getting back to you especially considering it's only a query!
 
Yeah never had an issue when buying stuff, usually quick delivery and hassle free. Just they haven't had the parts i'm after in stock since before christmas so thought i would ask.... not heard anything back.
 
My brother bought a complete gasket set from them and it arrived so hopefully it's cool,
Order was placed 16th March. Payed with paypal so I'll get cash back just hassle i don't need
 
No worries then.
Not dispatched yet but I got time.

That's odd, I've emailed them in the past and had almost instant reply's, how ever they seem a little slower dispatching things more recently
 
Ever tried phoning them? Get some weird answer machine. No rings or anything.
 
Bought caliper rebuild kits from them a while ago, seals were okay but both front and rear kits only included one type of lube (wasn't even enough I'll add) and the calipers needed two different types of lube for the piston and sliders. Better of going for the oem rebuild kit next time.
 
Tried the civiclife forum? They're pretty active on there. Someone's on fb too, but can't remember his name.
Never had a problem in the past, they had something out of stock I needed once that took a little while to come but always been spot on
 
Just trying to make contact, will give the guys a shout on facebook the now and see what happens. cheers for the names.
 
Yea facebook seems to be the place to get a reply, got a reply every time ilI query about items coming into stock etc
