J's Racing and Kakimoto exhaust.

Hi,
i am having a hard decision in choosing a new exhaust system for my EK9.
I have recently sold my Spoon N1 Catback system, due to the fact that i wanted something a little more different.
The Mugen is very highly reccomended by many, However, i want something a little more different.

1. Kakitmoto Gt 1.0z (98db)
2. J's Racing RR (LOUD)

The two above are the two i have narrowed down to. However, due to these 2 systems being rare (in the UK), i have not had much luck with finding any the sound clips of either.. on a civic anyway.

Any help will be most appreciated

Do you want a loud exhaust? Right now I'm running a Mugen complete exhaust system, nice sound, not that loud and the muffler only weights 15 pounds

Between the 2 you mention I will go with the J's Racing exhaust why? because is a light weight exhaust and track oriented

i dont mind how loud it is really, just not stupidly loud. equivalent to spoon n1 is good
i have a friend that has recently bought a mugen as it does sound nice
the j's system is what i intentionally saved up for, but i heard that it is stupidly loud. Have you had any first hand experience with it?
J's: 4.8 kg in weight for full titanium
K's: 7.5 kg in weight for S/S

Thats correct is very loud since it is full titanium I will go for the kakimoto then

J's Racing titanium exhaust on a s2000, this is just the muffler not the complete exhaust. It's very loud, and only the muffler

Hey babyface, remember what I've told you about the Kakimoto exhaust? Right now, I'm driving the car without the silencer in the pipe and its 13 cm When I race with open windows I cannot hear anything else except from disturbing noise (already 2 police tickets) On the other hand, I do not want to put the silencer back(8 cm ) because it eats lot of power. So, this month am gonna sell the Kakimoto and buy most probably rvm's exhaust(not his ) or the 5Zigen!! to match with the header

there are two exhausts in the j's racing.
Rs: Street use 2 silencers, one on the backbox and one on the b pipe
Rr: Racing use 1 silencer, only on the backbox
