JUN ek4 SiR


That's it exactly mate, been looking for a half decent one for a bit without spending mega, I turned the pipes connections around and it fits perfectly by the drivers side headlight.

How's your getting on?
 
It's on the drive ready for me to take the engine back out.
Hopefully have it out this week. In parts and in a different machine shop the next.
See how it goes with the Pistons. Hoping they are still usable.
 
Haha sure it will be, trial and error but unfortunately it costs money to get right

looks mega never seen this around edinburgh... if your looking at getting paint done i just got a respray from cars bodyshop in east calder and they done a mega job on my jordan. ill see you up at the track night
 
Good to see you still have this given the history of the car :p jokes! Don't think i'll be able to catch yous on the munit track night, going to an open one 2 days before instead!
 
Adam19, thanks mate , genuinely the car moves once a week if lucky haha probably why it's never seen. Yeah a guy I know graham works there so I'll be going there for a quote at somepoint, good to hear the job was upto standard tho :)

Ally, haha thanks mate can't bring myself to sell it and move on tbh enjoy it far too much, I'm off work all that week so might fire up there and see you out :)
 
Bit of an update guys, you've probably noticed some of the other lads builds being updated..... Well had this out on the monster unit track night also :)

Have to say I'm proper hooked again been a long long time since I have been on track and first time in this car and the car certainly kept me smiling.

Few things I want to do for next time (there's always something) baffled sump, better tyres and a more track orientated aligment/camber set up.

You feel any improvement? I suppose you haven't been out on track without it?
 
If I'm honest mate it's the first time I've had this particular car on track so don't really know but all in all the front end felt very planted and stable
 
Yeah I did think you'd say that.
Not likely to have mine made before the next trackday to find out.
 
When's the next time your out mate? Did version one of the splitter get broke?
