I keep finding info about jdm b16bs not being equipped with one. How accurate might that be. Is your statement based on the experience from ukdm engines? I am asking as my b16b isn't equipped with a knock sensor and I am wondering whether the previous owner who made the swap to my ej chassis didn't mind installing it (obd1 chassis).
