Ok lads i have abit of a problem here

Kswapped my eg9 siR, full running gear is out of a eg hatch, everything has gone in nicely but its not firing up

For now i have put live an earth on to my fuel pump with my booster pack to get fuel pump priming, so fuel is travelling up but still not firing up

Engine turns over with key, also running Hondata kpro ecu

What can it be?

Have you got an noid light or scope you can use to see if the injectors are pulsing?
Have you got a spark?

Does the ecu need a signal from the fuel pump to fire the injectors?

so what's stopping you from wiring the pump in normally?

Have you done that before with a kpro ecu?

No earths missing?

Try fuse 23 or 13 I can't remember which. There might be a connection grounding out somewhere

As far as i know no none missing

Have you disabled the multiplexor ( inmobilizer ) on Kpro, if there is any ?

Yea few people have said that, but it all come out of a running car?

Fuse box inside car? The fuse itself needs grounding?

Well lads i have jus had the injectors out an they dont seem to be working, fuel pump is direct live an earth so its getting fuel to the fuel rail but injectors are not spraying

turned ignition on an off few times see if they spray, also cranked it few times but still nothing

I would say you need to wire the pump up properly to complete the curcuit before the injectors will fire

This is what I'm thinking also, the ECU will more than likely need the signals that the fuel pump circuit is complete before it will open the injectors, is there a reason that you have a direct live and earth instead of using the cars fuel pump loom?

Ecu doesn't care if the fuel pump is working or not so can rule that out. I would check the engine loom earth strap[(it's located along loom close to injector clips) the best place to put this earth is as per picture below

Good shout, when I was trying to calibrate my new TPS recently I wasn't getting the right voltage with the meter (5v-12v instead of 0.49-4.5v and even getting voltage on the - wire) I then realised that I still had the loom earth strap disconnected from changing the injectors. As soon as I put the earth back on the TPS voltage signals were what they should be

Thank you for all the help everyone

I have got the injectors firing now, needed earth to the injectors, i changed the intake so maybe thats why

Before it used to turn over on key but now its just clicking but not turning over, you think its the starter?

It was the injector loom main earth that Aonghus "vtec6000" suggested in the end then, that's good

I'm sure you have checked this but is your battery at full charge? If the battery is weak it will just click when you try the ignition. Again your connections and earths to the starter and alternator are very important.

It's good practice to have a couple of good earths to the gearbox and head and make sure they are connected to good clean bare metal at each end
