Hi,

I have had an ongoing problem with a knocking noise coming from the rear suspension, even if i go over a slightly uneven surface or bump in the ground it makes the knocking noise which is pretty distracting now... after reading on the forums i wondered if its going to be my LCA's or droplinks?

Any info would be great thank you.

check the bushes in your lca's and see if they're worn and saggy. its more than likely your droplinks however, just give the arb a good wrestle and you schould here them knocking about. I would only recommend replaceing them with proper honda ones as they're the only ones that last...

If there knacked I'm selling some function7 ones with adjustable drop links check my for sale thread for pics. Check the rta bushes aswell they may be cracked.

elchunk - Thank you for the advice, I am not the most technically minded with cars like i used to as i havent got as much time :( but i will check them out as i was planning on getting new LCA's when i could afford it so maybe ill do both. Cheers!

ek9cub - Again, thanks for the help, i will have a look at the item and let you know. I had the RTA bushes replaced already so i can check that off the list :p thanks guys

I would try the droplinks and the ARB bushes first most likely this is the reason for the noise
