going to a evo enthusiast and said it's the cleanest he has seen over all, she needs TLC is all .

Nobody puts Evo in the corner!

4.7fd in an s4c? I had one of those, good mod and you'll definitely feel a difference!

So I just had a look at when I done my last oil change, 17.of September last , I do about 300k a week and iv used I litre of oil since then ,which is good in my opinion, as I use vtec in most of them k's . So its safe to say my engine is healthy I also get 150k out of 20 euro petrol with today's price
That's 16 litres. Little over 3 gallons.

Got told by two different honda engine builders that those torque dampners are bad for the car just my two cents ppl are gonna argue but just said id say it too ya. Also ur car is lookin very well

It's not on it anymore bud , but makes sense as I thought about it myself, think it interface with natural engine vibration and harmonics which in turn will feck up your bearings on crank ? Could be wrong.

Thats exactly it the engine needs to move some bit same with lads gettin mad engine mounts some of em are way to severe

So engine torque dampers are a bad idea? Ive got one sitting here was going to install it before i go track but now you guys got me thinking.

I'm thinking if you interfere with natural resonance of any object it will shake itself to pieces?

I see your point, thats also the case with uprated stiffer engine mounts. Its interesting as spoon make torque dampers, i would have thought they know what they are doing.

Dude there marketing a product that keeps them in business one way or another,
If it's little things like engine dampers or engine rebuilds
Kits from them or honda it's win win all round.

Thought it was about time I redone my boot but this time
Take out sound deaden, no#1 tip instead of going at it with screw driver, bang the top of it all over with a hammer and it will peel off in a few big lumps .
