LEEJ8 SIR CARBON COUPE


Cars looking good mate, hopefully going to get mine fully reundersealed again soon.

I done mine last summer so a clean and top up will do no harm ,I never got to do middle section under car so I will start there and work out .
The ej8 coupe don't suffer from rust like the ek for some reason, but do suffer from leak into the boot that I fixed not long ago, the seem splits just at the water run off at top right corner of boot , could swim in it at one stage and back seat was getting wet , that's the only problem I had with this car ,

Almost all 90's civics have leaky boots so annoying. Glad you sorted yours, i need to change my rear light gaskets. Ive been wanting to change all my rubbers too, underbonnet rubbers, boot rubbers, doors etc but have no idea where to buy brand new.
 
Finished the boot today still wet but I my need to go over it again, we'll see , but it's much cleaner already so that's a plus,

Car needs a good wash now ,cleaned and hovered inside and slap of sonofagun brings the black dash up like new .
 
Not looking to win awards with it , it is a boot after all lol

My gear calc is playing up.
Tap the
5th gear ratio
Final drive
Tyre size and set the Rev limit to 3500.
The number that comes up should be the speed. If it's 62mph your 4.7.
 
I'm getting 63.9mph,
195/55/16 is quite a sizeable tyre...

Yeah that are lol I'm getting rubing when I turn hard might step down to 45 or 50 but the 55 fill the archs nicely
Also if I have two adults in the rear wheels rub bad on the back , need a arch roll or a step down in size.

But he stopped on a dime, were I skidded a bit and had to use hand break hehe just stopped at the lights .

Could be lol ,now my boot is stripped not even a spare wheel lol, thinking of carbon sunroof delete now ,
Must say, I must treat the ej8 to something now,
She done well :)) lol
