Looking for: Spoon, Top fuel/Summit, Cusco parts!

I'm looking for anything that is Spoon, Top fuel/Summit and Cusco.

For Spoon it's mainly the spoiler and gear knob and the insert for the rear view mirror.

Top fuel it's the B&C pillar bars I'm after or the Summit B&C pillars, also the Pistonhead gear knob from Top fuel is what I'm looking for.

Cusco you can offer me anything! Struts, top mounts etc etc.

It must be for a Civic EK and you need to be willing to ship the parts to the Netherlands!
