Matt's PFL DC5.

After work I got the car up on the ramp and had a good look round. The underneath is in great condition with hardly any corrosion,Torque GT have undersealed as well.
I also found some nice parts fitted that I wasn't aware of.

- Spoon baffled sump.
- Braided brake hoses.
- Front and rear wheel spacers.

Looks like a clean beast! Nice choice of mods to boot... Enjoy it Matey! ;-)

I got a few bits done to the car yesterday.

-Replaced the front tyres.
-Replaced the wheels nuts.
-Removed front and rear wheel spacers.
-Washed and waxed the car.

Carried out a full service this weekend.

Valve clearances. Spark plugs. Engine and gearbox oil. Air and pollen filters. Brake and clutch fluid. Engine coolant and Mugen radiator cap.

I also fitted some rigid subframe collars and front engine mount inserts. Carried out wheel alignment, found the front toe to be toeing by 14mm each side?! The car now feels so much better to drive.

Since owning the car I was never happy with how the clutch felt. So I decided to replace it before it got any worse. Looking at the state of the clutch I'm pleased I didn't leave it any longer.

While I had the car in pieces I also replaced the front anti-roll bar D bushes for Superpro ones.
