cheers mate :nice:,im still undecieded om whether im selling/keeping the spoon springs now mate im just not sure if the coilovers are for me yet,i need to get it fully set up yet but im still unsure ? i'll let you know though mate

Mint looking bus. Mugen lip looks really well on it and the wheels really suit it. Have you got a spec list?

current spec:

Spoon N1 + B pipe
Sports cat
D-C sports 4-1 2.5'' jdm manifold (heat wrapped)
ITG maxogen carbon intake
Nology hot wires + NGK platinum plugs
Spoon thermostat + fan switch+rad cap+rad bracket
Spoon brake pads
Tanabe pro ss coilovers
Tanabe front brace
mugen front lip
dyno'd @ 197 bhp
im not sure if it's had any internal work done in japan before i got it i.e cams because its really aggressive in the vtec compared to the other ek9s i have driven before, and on the dyno it has had good figures on two different dyno's now :nice:

Sweet, 197 BHP thats a nice figure! What sort of torque did you get?

Car looks really good, but I will take off that replica Mugen front lip if I were you and put back the genuine EK9 lip.

nice car mate,i have the tanabe sustec pro's on my ek4 sir, the car handles **** hot, although my ek4 is not as low as your 9,i also have the sustec strut brace same as yours, was thinking about taking them off and putting them on my 9,but my ek9 has'nt done many miles so the standard stuff should still be all good,i am in two minds also, standard or the tanabes???,for the record i find tein stuff too track orientated for road use (i had them on my last 9 not sure what ones flex etc) whereas these tanabes were designed for street use,i'm sure if you muck around with the settings you will get it handling properly.

Thanks for all the nice comments about my 9 guys + girls

corral what settings have/did you have on the tanabe pro ss coilovers ,i have mine set at 3 on the fronts and 6 on the rears (fronts are 1-4 and rears are 1-8) cheers mate :nice:

my shocks only have 4 settings on the front and rear,so they are not the same shocks:( mines are sustec pro's,seems your rears have more adjustment, but to give you an idea my fronts are on 1 and the rears are on 2,the suspension is still really stiff even though they are not on the hardest setting, but the car really handles with this setup, hope this is of some use to you.

This may seem like a daft question but what is the harder setting 1 or 4 (is 1 the hardest and 4 softest ) ??or is 4 the hardest and 1 the softest ??let me know please mate thanks :nice:
