My 96 spec dc2

Hi folks thought I would start a build thread for my dc2 as I will soon be starting to make some changes recently bought the car just slight changes so far .

Put a new clutch in serviced K&N panel filter new wheel bearings ball joints track rods to tighten up the front a lil. Just need a new aerial and the car will be 100%

Not to keen on the spoon yellow rocker cover so it will be going back to wrinkle red soon

Got my wheels painted and new tyres all round just in the middle of painting my centre caps then strip brakes for all new discs and pads and red calipers I think.

Thinking of making a back half cage soon Aswell powder coated red

So my car passed its mot with no advisories so pretty chuffed
Got myself a J's racing 60rs titanium exhaust which is going on when my new gaskets arrive along with a decat
Full service is coming up with a coolant flush. Time to start getting on with the teg!

So I got my J's racing system fitted and a decat what a difference the system has made to the car! Looking for a J's manifold next

I also fitted a custom rear tie bar and poly bushes my rear anti roll bar

I got the rocker cover done in wrinkle red with white lettering by spooner restorations deffo recommend him!

Fitted along with ends to my strut wrinkle red

Godspeed x brace fitted along with my recaro cushions for that lil bit of extra comfort for my long drive to nurburg!

Scrubbed down my boot floor and primered it just a quick job to stop it eating away

Also have a set of takata harnesses to get put in when my eye bolts arrive !

Thanks folks got it rolling roaded at the weekend just with decat and cat back its sitting at 202bhp which I think is pretty good happy enough anyways
