My 97 CW EK9 | Advan RGs Pg2

Hey guys, few of you will know me, I've recently acquired a 1997 EK9. Previously have had many Hondas, from EJ9s to EK4s, this being my most recent:



Picked up my Nine from @LittleGeo on Saturday though!


Took it home through the Dalveen Pass with my taxi, my pal's H22 EG




And this is it at home after a quick wash:


Really really enjoying it, first thing to do is get it reading in MPH and have the limiter removed, but other than that, not many plans for now apart from giving the engine bay a tidy up!

Forgot to mention it's sat on 6two1 coilovers (which I will need to compare with my EK4's BC Racing BRs), with an RMF manifold onto a Mugen twinloop exhaust

It also has a couple other wee bits and pieces but a pretty clean slate otherwise!

Wee update, had a new blueprint CV joint fitted on Saturday morning, the old one was as dry as ****! Gave it a quick check over on the ramp as well, all looks good!


Up next was a quick valet by a good friend, gets cleaner every time it gets a wash haha


Afterwards a few of us went up to Glasgow for the Status Error v 6two1 meet, where I only got one decent picture lol



Sunday is Honda Day Scotland, hope to see some of yous there!

Cheers! Aye I keep discovering wee things it has, found it had a brake stopper when the bay was getting cleaned haha.

As I said, the bay was in dire need of a clean, so with a lot of help from a good friend we got it looking a lot better.


Before that though it was treated to another polish and had some Autoglym HD wax applied in time for Honda Day Scotland yesterday.


And a wee picture taken by someone at Honda Day, didnt bother taking any myself as the weather was utter shite! Good day out though

the one thing i hate is the rocker haha! i've sorted a nice fresh wrinkle red one from @rd55 dun
