Need help! Is this an ek9 head and cams?

Hi guys,
Just bought this head and cams from someone on fb and need to check if they are legit. It came without cam caps and there seems to be some damage where the cams sit. I have tried to look for the dual valve springs but cant get a good enough angle to see. Hope the pictures help.

I have figured out that it probably is a b16b head as it has the thinner intake valves. Just a bit worried about the damage now. Also the missing cam caps, I have read that i can use my b16a2 ones and get them line bored to match. Can anyone confirm this?
 
Any green paint on the dizzy mount? b16b heads usually have a small dab of green paint. Obviously it could have been washed off over time.
Yes youll defo need a line bore, buying a head with no cam caps is basically scrap otherwise.
