About time I updated this!
Got my manifold, reverse megaphone and full 3" system done and on!
Very happy with the system well made and sounds great!!
Next I got some genuine RDX 410 injectors from Honda America.
The car then went into Automek to have all the bits fitted along with a new timing chain and Uprated tensioner, cams fitted, new oil and filter etc...
However when fitting the S90 TB there was a problem getting it sealed to the adaptor plate which is also S90. Here's a picture of the gasket and why it wouldn't seal!
Eventually they got it to seal and it was all good until the TB started to stick
Terrible TB and I wouldn't recommend the S90 to anyone had nothing but problems with it! Luckily Andrew at Automek had a spare Toda TB sitting about that he used on his Lotus Time Attack car. He done me a huge favour with the TB supplying and fitting it for a great price. So after all this was done, a basemap was loaded onto the Kpro and it was just a waiting game
Also made a purchase inbetween all this
So the day eventually came when
@Vtec6000 was over again and worked his magic on the car. Aonghus said he would be impressed if I made over 250bhp on this Dyno as it is very realistic and low reading compared to any other Dyno about my way by a long shot! The end result...

251.3bhp (211.7atw) - 176ft/lbs
The car is very fast now! The difference is out of this world!
Next on the list is to tidy up the bay and get a LSD as it badly needs one now
! While the box is open a DC5 4th and 5th will be going in if I can source them at a decent price
