Item for sale: NHB Honda Civic EP3 Premier Edition

Here we have my mums black Premier Edition EP3 for sale. It's on a 55 plate, has 78748miles on the clock but will rise slowly as its still her daily driver. It has 6 months M.O.T, runs out on May 2015.
My mums owned this car since June this year and even though she loves it to pieces, its just a little too much for her and has ultimately decided to sell her on. Its not had a hard life with my mum but I've taken it out from time to time to engage VTEC and make sure everything is as it should be. Its completely standard all around. The only mod this car has is the centre console and door card handles have been wrapped in carbon, this was on when we bought it. Being the premier edition it comes with different front seats. tinted rear windows, a Type R logo on the front calipers etc. It also has front fog lights which I don't see on every EP3. The usual mods and cons are there as well. 2 keys, one with a fob, PAS, ABS, driver and passenger airbags, aircon, electric windows, electric folding & adjustable mirrors. A double din touch screen head unit (with pullers). It also has a hands free Bluetooth device from Honda.
The condition is very good inside & out. The paint work looks great. looks even better once its been washed, polished & waxed. Its washed every week and i have polished & waxed it several times. The inside is very clean and in good condition.
The engine looks and sounds great. It pulls strong through each gear, it doesn't smoke in VTEC & the gearbox feels great and precise with no crunching.
It has a bunch of paper work with receipts for past jobs & also has full Honda Service history.

As with all cars, there are some bad points but nothing major.
* front bumper and bonnet have some stonechips
* the odd mark here & there but nothing majorly noticable
* one of the clips on the rear lip have broken which has made it come away a little from the bumper.
Other than that this car is great and really is enjoyable to drive. It will be sad to see it go. Any question or additional pictures please feel free to ask.
