Whats up people got an odd one,
2000 ek4 b16a2 intake exhaust p30 s300v3. Fresh service done before the car died doing everything spark plugs etc. Fresh dizzy cap and rotor arm. Fresh ht leads. Timing set to tdc
Backstory:
Car got tuned on the p30 and ran min other than needing to key turns.
Two turns of the key from ign on to be able to run. IGN on -> CRANK -> IGN on -> CRANK then Engine runs
UNABLE TO READ DATA ON SMANAGER OR CONNECT BLUETOOTH
Car died mid drive on the motorway engine cut off, no drive no speed no revs but lights on dash
Checked fuel to rail, good. Spark wasnt happening, fuel bump or whatever behind glove box was raised so relieved still nothing
Put in factory P2T ecu and ran
OBD2 to OBD1 loom had exposed wiring so ordered replacement, no change after changing still no run
Found cn2 4 pin header broken from s300, replaced with new header and no change.
Resoldered all pins on main ic3, ic4, cn2 no change
Multimeter on 5v rail showed 0.54v on iat, ect, tps WITH CEL ON DASH WITH IGN ON
Checked IC22 after potentially tracing it for the 5v rail line on the ecu pcb
Pin1-4.993v 2-0.65v 3-4.4v 4-2.5v 5-0.01v 6-0.398v 7-0.642v 8-4.993v
Car then randomly turned over ON FIRST KEY TURN and idled at 2.5k rpm then sat at 3k rpm until temp got warm
After getting warm dropped to 2k rpm and hunted from ~1750 to ~2250
Turned off and tried to turn over, nothing
Left overnight, put back into car and turned over first try WITH NO CEL ON DASH and idled at normal rpm.
CEL then came on dash and gave flash code 4 or 14.
Car would not rev past 3k rpm (would cut ignition like a bad launch control?)
Checked voltages across IC22 while running Pin1-4.896v 2-0.644v 3-4.438v 4-2.498v 5-0.03v 6-0.352v fluctuating to 0.757v 7-0.312v fluctuating to 0.782v 8-4.994v
IAT TPS ECT - 3.26v
At this point im lost for what to chase? IC17 pulling IC22 pins down? IC17 bad?
I feel this must be to do with the 5v rail being low it intermittently has barely enough to turn over and run bad but then what caused it to idle fine then throw the cel?
Any help is appreciated,

HIC1? Seen that apparently HIC1 can be the cause of no dizzy output as it controls CKP CYP TDC?
