OBD2 Wiring Question

Im putting a 98 ls motor in my 98 civic ex coupe will the harness on the ls motor plug and play if not what will i have to do to make it work...........Sorry for being a noob with obd2

ls motor I take as been from a integra? if so no the loom won't work with your civic wiring. You will need a engine loom from a 96-98 civic with vtec engine. If your own is a sohc vtec you will be able to reuse that loom

Yeah a Y8 loom off a sohc vtec will work fine once its from a civic with same obd wiring. i.e 96-98 is obd2a and 99-00 is obd2b
