Should i paint the car before doing the engine swap and suspention work?
Or paint after the swap and suspention?

Id say paint it when the engine is out so you can get into the engine bay etc

If you have to paint the car, then yes. If not just skip paint and use the money for suspension and engine mods. That's much more fun than having a slower, shinier car.

Heres how the civic looks right now. Just sits in my garage.
Its completly stock 1996 CX with a d16y7

Haha it's doesn't even look bad condition, that paint looks fine! Get her modded pal :)

So go forth and drop that b16b in now and do the paint later down the road.

i like fast but also like my car's to be realy clean. if i was you id rip out the engine paint the engine bay fit the b16b and when you have more time and money then paint the rest of the car

Yea...but decide what colout u r going gto paint the car in and spray the engine bay b4 u put in the new motor...that way when u paint the car insde the bay will still look fresh...and that way you wouldnt have to take it back out to paint in there...
